5x self-care tips for your productivity
Are you a hard worker but not managing to be productive? This could be due to self-care which is incredibly important for your health, but also for your productivity. We would like to explain to you exactly how this works and give you 5 self-care tips to become productive again!

Take enough breaks

You probably notice it daily, you are always busy and sometimes forget to think of yourself and take your necessary rest. Rest is not easily associated with productivity but these have a very important connection with each other. Walk that extra lap during your lunch break or focus on your breathing for five minutes. These are small moments where you can come to your senses and not be occupied with your work or assignment. After this moment of rest, our brains are ready to start working again with fresh eyes, so it's a win-win situation! You will be much more productive this way!

Sleep as a priority

Besides taking those important moments of rest during your day, sleep is even more important. If you do not sleep well, your brain has not had enough rest to recharge sufficiently, which means it does not function 100%. Make sure you get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night for the right amount of rest. If you have trouble sleeping or falling asleep, you can apply a soothing essential oil to your wrists and neck.
