Founded by two friends Erin (an Aussie) & Floor (a Dutchie) we are lovers of life, passionate about all things healthy & sustainable for humanity & the planet, whilst being non-judgemental and embracing of everyone’s personal choices.
In short, Nourished is about being kinder to yourself and the planet whilst still having fun & not getting stressed out about it. We are both health professionals (Erin a Chiropractor & Floor a Nutritionist) and have a depth of knowledge & experience we absolutely love to share with our Nourished community.
