Customer Service & Daily Operations 

Nourished is looking for someone who can help with our customer service & daily operations for 24-36 hours.

We are looking for someone with a nose for service! It is important that you can deal well with customers, are solution-oriented, positive and know the intricacies of technology. We work a lot with software including Klaviyo, Canva, Later, Gmail, Google Drive, Instagram, TikTok.

Some of the tasks you will do on a daily basis are:

+ You are in daily contact with our Clean & Green community via email, Instagram, web chat and various other channels. You help customers with questions; skin advice, make-up advice, health related questions, logistic questions and website related questions.
+ You have close contact with our department store for logistical problems, questions and of course solutions.
+ You help our brands, work with them, follow their master classes and test the products so that you know what Nourished stands for.
+ You keep our beautiful website up to date through blogs, product uploads, banners and translations.
+ Assist during offline events.
+ Assisting the founders Erin & Floor. Good communication skills in Dutch and English are important!

(Junior) Marketeer  

We are looking for someone with a passion for all things marketing related! For us it is important that you know everything about social media, that you know the ins & outs about social advertising, have knowledge of EDM flows, can create inspiring newsletters, have knowledge of SEO & SEA and know the intricacies of technology. We work a lot with software including Klaviyo, Canva, Later, Gmail, Google Drive, Instagram, TikTok.

Some of the tasks you will do on a daily basis are:

+ You work daily on the optimization of our EDM flows and newsletters. You have mastered the Nourished tone of voice and tell our story plus you are sales oriented.

+ You work on all our social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest. Strategically and visually. You also set up the advertising for this and you keep a close eye on this with the marketing agency we work with.

+ You supervise interns to support you with social media and other activities.

+ You work on the annual marketing calendar and set up collaboration with UGC, influencers and content creators for Nourished.

+ You follow master classes from our brands and test plenty of beauty products. With this you create content that we use for socials.

+ Where necessary you help to keep our beautiful website up to date.

+ Assisting the founders Erin & Floor. Good communication skills in Dutch and English are important!
