Eating a rainbow of colourful fruit and vegetables filled with antioxidants, fibre and water can help your skin get the natural glow we all desire!  
One super-ingredient to make sure you are packing into your diet is Beta Carotene, the precursor for vitamin A, which helps to create healthy skin. Vitamin A can reduce sebum formation,wrinkles and pigmentation spots, and can assist the the skin in retaining moisture stimulating collagen production. A must for healthy skin! You can find Beta Carotene in carrots, mango and mandarins. Also in your dark green veggies such as spinach, kale and cabbage.

Ingredients:

400 g Carrot

250 g Mango (frozen or fresh)

30 g Ginger

200 ml Coconut Water

150 ml Water (or Ice Cubes)


Method:

Wash the carrots well and cut in pieces, place in the blender with peeled mango and ginger. Add both the coconut & normal water. Blend till smooth! For an extra vitamin boost add 1 hand of fresh wilted spinach. Enjoy!
