How to refill: Gently remove the lipstick cartridge from its case and insert the new refill into the base, twisting it securely into place. Dispose of the original cartridge and recycle the refill packaging.

Dry and not the promised satin finish

Based on the description, I expected a more nourishing product. However, I find the application to be a bit dry and does not leave a satin-like finish, as I was expecting.

However, worse than that is the quality. After using it a handful of times and wearing away the top layer of the lipstick, I got to a point in the lipstick where there are small, hard, scratchy crystals. I'm not sure exactly what they are (probably unmixed materials or unfiltered out materials) but it scratches my lips when I try to use it - and not in a nice exfoliating kind of way (which anyway is not what this is meant to be).

Very disappointing, especially for the price.
