We recommend using ACTIVATE once to twice a week. Before applying, give the ACTIVATE formula a gentle stir to mix the formula, then apply to your body before showering/bathing. Massage over your body in long even strokes, paying extra attention to dry areas like elbows, knees, and heels. Then remove by rinsing well under shower or bath. Pat skin dry. There’s no need to apply anything afterwards, your skin should be left with a glowy, dewy sheen.
