Eerlijk gezegd vind ik het bijzonder dat je moet bestalen om je pakket verzekerd te hebben. Ik vind dat eigenlijk een service dat een bedrijf (vooral bij vaste klanten) gewoon moet bieden. Hulp als er iets mis gaat met je pakket. Verder altijd mega blij met nourished en hun producten maar dit vind ik een minpuntje
