What is this?

This is our little way of saying thank you for loving what we love! You’ll earn points for your clean & green purchases, following us on instagram, writing product reviews, subscribing to our newsletter & YouTube channel and even on your birthday! You can use them to earn free shipping, discounts off purchases and even tickets to our live events like our famous Natural Makeup masterclass.

Who can join?

Anyone who shops at Nourished! It's absolutely free to join, all you need to do is head to our Friends of Nourished page on the website and enter your details.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, writing reviews, subscribing to our newsletter & YouTube channel, and making clean & green purchases. You see all the ways you can earn points when you log in to the My Account section on the Nourished website.

How do I view my point balance?

You can view your points balance easily by logging in to the My Account page.

How do I redeem my points?

Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

I wrote lots of reviews but only received points for 4. Why?

Thank you for writing reviews! They really help your fellow Nourished community members decide which Clean & Green products are best for them. The Friends of Nourished Program will reward you with points for up to 4 product reviews you write per month. 

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. 
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (these points will change from pending to cancelled.)  

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

I already follow you on Instagram. Can I unfollow and refollow to earn points? 

Thank you for following us! Unfortunately you won't be rewarded for unfollowing and re-following. You can however head on over and Like the Nourished page on Facebook and ear yourself 50 points. 

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. Or your points expired. 

I completed an activity but didn't earn points?

It can sometimes take a few minutes to days for us to process your activity and provide your points.

Can I use my points during checkout?

Not directly - you need to log-in to your account and redeem your points for a voucher code which you will need to enter at the checkout.

When do my points expire?

Your points will expire 12 months from the date of your last order. Unfortunately we cannot extend the expiry date of your points.

When do my rewards expire?

Your rewards will expire 6 months from the date you activated them.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued. Points are not transferrable to other accounts. 

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

I want to use my Free Shipping Voucher but it won't work?

Free Shipping Vouchers are valid for standard shipping regions which include Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. 

The points have changed for the reward I want to redeem. 

Occasionally things change with our shipping partners, warehousing & brands. In this circumstance the points allocated for this reward may no longer be appropriate and so in these rare occasions we reserve the right to make changes to our points system accordingly.
